HelpMeSelliT.com - Your E-Bay Consignment Experts TEKTONIX A6302 CURRENT PROBE and AM-503 AMPLIFIER This is a Tektronix A6302 current probe and AM503 amplifier module for the TM-500 series power supply mainframes. The A6302 can measure AC or DC currents up to 20 amps. Frequency response is DC to 50 MHz. It measures currents flowing in a wire just by clamping around the wire (no need to break the circuit or insulation). These units are in good cosmetic condition and fair operating condition. The probe and amp have not been calibrated, but a quick check shows them to be in agreement with a new probe on a new AM503B amp. This A6302 probe is an earlier model that is not compatible with the new AM503A or AM503B amplifiers (causes them to oscillate). The ground lead attachment stud on the probe appears to be a replacement. Also an old tag indicated that the wire that controls the "Probe Unlocked" warning LED has been disconnected in the probe connector and the probe lock slide switch has been repaired and should not be forced.
