Unit comes with case as shown, no other accessories are included. Please note that this unit is NOT a Portable Refractometer, the case just says that. To the best of our knowledge this is a Coaxial Illumination Fiber Microscope with a WF20X eyepiece. There is no end/fiber adapter included, but they are available from the manufacturer.
